Our standard fees for a service call range from $99 – $159, depending on your location. This is to come out and take a look at your system. After finding a problem our technicians are prepared to quote you an exact-down-to-the-penny price for repairing your system based on our easy flat-rate pricing meaning you never pay more than we quoted!
We do require payment at the time of service but for your convenience we take Cash, Check, or Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express). Our dispatcher will confirm your payment method upon scheduling of the service call.
Our service area extends about 35 miles from Marion. As far north as Centralia, down to Metropolis and river to river. Unsure if we service your area? Give us a call!
More times than none, due to keeping heavily stocked service vans and an extensive in-house inventory we are able to complete the repair on site at the time of service! In the event your part needs to be special ordered, we will receive the part and return to install it at your quickest convenience.
